The Waterproof Cube Case features a seamless one-piece frame structure that achieves outstanding IP68-rated protection.

Manufactured using a high-precision die-cast aluminum frame, the enclosure provides excellent sealing performance, minimizing the ingress of water and dust even in demanding environments. This robust construction ensures reliable long-term operation in outdoor, industrial, and marine applications.

The bottom panel of the waterproof cube case is equipped with standard mounting threads (1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16), commonly used in photography equipment.
This allows for easy attachment to tripods and various mounting systems.

Verification Testing

Pressure Resistance / Corrosion Resistance / Internal Temperature

Proven waterproof performance for use even in underwater environments

A water pressure test equivalent to a depth of 30 meters (3 atmospheres) was conducted, confirming that there was no water ingress into the enclosure.

Configuration: aluminum bottom panel and five acrylic panels.

At 5 atmospheres, cracks appeared in the acrylic panel; however, no water ingress into the interior was observed.
Waterproof performance is ensured only when the product is properly sealed.
When using connectors or similar components, waterproof performance depends on the specifications of those connectors.

Proven High Corrosion Resistance

Salt spray testing was conducted to evaluate accelerated corrosion under atmospheric exposure conditions.
No blistering, corrosion, or peeling of the coated surface was observed after 48-hour and 100-hour tests.

Internal Housing Temperature Evaluation

To evaluate thermal performance, a camera was installed inside the Waterproof Cube Case and the internal temperature was monitored over time.

This test demonstrates how the temperature changes when electronic equipment is operated inside a highly sealed enclosure. The results provide useful reference data for thermal management considerations in long-term outdoor deployments and continuous operation environments.
