Machined Grade 3 Titanium Frame
Designed for Environments Requiring Superior Corrosion Resistance
One-Piece Frame Machined from Grade 3 Commercially Pure Titanium
This custom version of our Waterproof Cube Case features a titanium frame.
The frame is precision-machined from a solid block of Grade 3 commercially pure titanium. Unlike structures assembled from multiple components, its seamless, one-piece construction maintains the sealed design of the Cube Case while providing the excellent corrosion resistance characteristic of titanium.
Grade 3 titanium offers the excellent corrosion resistance of commercially pure titanium while providing higher strength than Grade 1 and Grade 2 titanium. Its outstanding resistance to seawater corrosion makes it well suited for marine and coastal installations, as well as other environments where corrosion protection is essential.
This specially customized Cube Case is designed for demanding environments where conventional aluminum frames may not provide sufficient corrosion resistance.
The configuration shown in the photo above features a lens hood panel combining a PPA lens hood with sapphire glass, with an industrial camera installed inside the enclosure.
The Cube Case features interchangeable panels on each side, allowing it to be customized to accommodate different devices and operating environments. A wide range of configurations is available, including connector panels for external power, USB, and LAN connections, as well as other application-specific options.
