Heat pipe for Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4

Entaniya Corporation (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) has started selling heat pipes that can be used with Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4.

A heat pipe is a heat transfer device that uses evaporation and condensation of working fluid and capillary action to efficiently transfer heat. heat generated from the Raspberry Pi can be transferred to stabilize the operation of the Raspberry Pi.

Efficient heat dissipation can be expected.

The above graphs show the Raspberry Pi 4 operating alone (orange), the Raspberry Pi 4 with a heat pipe attached (blue), and the Raspberry Pi 4 with a heat panel (85x85x3mm aluminum panel) attached to the heat pipe (green). The temperature change of the Raspberry Pi is recorded.
It can be seen that the Raspberry Pi with the heat pipe attached is able to maintain a stable temperature at a lower level.
