- RP-VC1 and RP-VC1N are modification kits for the Raspberry Pi Camera V2.
- The performance and operation of the board camera stay the same as with the original Raspberry Pi Camera V2.
- Dust and dirt may adhere to the sensor during exchanging lenses of RP-VC1 and RP-VC1N.
- For removing dust from the sensor it is recommended to use a blower to blow off the dust.
- The image circle of the fisheye lenses, e.g. the RP-L220 lens does not fit completely in the sensor and is vignetting up and down.
- There might be a shift of the lens socket position to the sensor, resulting in an image circle that is not projected at the center of the sensor image.
