This camera module is a customized version of the Raspberry Pi AI Camera, designed to support interchangeable M12 × P0.5 (S-mount) lenses. It allows you to choose from a wide range of lenses, from telephoto and wide-angle to fisheye, providing flexible imaging options for various applications.

Lens Options for the VR125 AI Camera
The lens adapter is compatible with M12 × P0.5 (S-mount) lenses.
A wide variety of commercially available M12 × P0.5 (S-mount) lenses can be used. However, please note that some lenses may not be able to achieve proper focus.
RP-L185
A 185° fisheye lens captures a circular fisheye image.
RP-L125
This lens provides a horizontal field of view of approximately 120°.
RP-L100
This lens enables wide-angle imaging with the Raspberry Pi HQ Camera.
RP-L85
This wide-angle lens delivers high-quality, sharp images.
RP-L55
This lens offers a standard field of view with minimal barrel distortion, delivering natural-looking images.
RP-L20
This lens enables the Raspberry Pi HQ Camera to be used as a telephoto camera.

With RP-L125 Lens
The camera comes with an RP-L125 lens.
RP-L125 Sample Images

Vignetting at the four corners is an inherent characteristic of the lens.
When used with the VR125 AI Camera, this ultra-wide-angle lens provides a diagonal field of view of approximately 180°.
