This is a dedicated plate designed to mount two Raspberry Pi cameras in parallel for stereo imaging.The distance between the cameras (baseline) can be adjusted according to the subject size and shooting distance, allowing you to configure optimal shooting conditions for your application.It is compatible with Raspberry Pi cameras (V2 / V3 / HQ / Global Shutter), as well as third-party cameras with the same board dimensions.

The distance between the cameras can be adjusted.

The camera mounts feature a sliding mechanism, allowing adjustment of the distance between the two cameras (baseline).
The spacing can be optimized according to the subject size and shooting distance. With a ±5 mm adjustment on each side, the baseline can be set within a range of 54 mm to 74 mm.
Additionally, by aligning the groove on the stereo camera plate with the groove on the slider, the baseline can be precisely set to 64 mm, which is the standard value for 3D imaging.

Aluminum die-cast

The stereo camera plate is made of die-cast aluminum for robustness and durability, so there are no problems with distortion.
Camera screw holes
The stereo camera plate has standard 1/4-20” threaded holes in photographic equipment for convenient camera mounting, so it can be secured to a tripod, head, or attached to a threaded level.

Configuration Example (Recommended)
Supports cable extension modules

The stereo camera plate can be used with an integrated module to change the cable connecting the camera to an HDMI or LAN cable.
For example, in the photo above, two Raspberry Pi cameras connected to a Raspberry Pi 5 are connected to the stereo camera plate. The cable is FFC, which is too short and inconvenient, so a 1.5m HDMI cable is used, converted to HDMI with the CSI-HDMI conversion module.
The THine Cable Extension Kit THSER102A converts the cable to Ethernet and allows the camera to be extended up to 10 meters using a LAN cable, increasing the flexibility of the camera’s installation and routing.

We also sell a set that includes an HDMI conversion kit and an Ethernet conversion kit, as well as the cables and levels necessary for connection. Since all necessary items are included, simply connect the camera and it is ready to use.
