Unlike conventional fixed-structure cases, it offers flexibility to accommodate changes in application or device configuration, making it ideal for long-term use.
■ Enclose your device as-is and make it waterproof
Install Raspberry Pi or other electronic devices directly inside the case.
The entire system can be enclosed and made waterproof.
■ High sealing performance with O-rings on each panel
In the waterproof cube case, O-rings positioned at each panel joint play a critical role in maintaining waterproof performance.
They ensure a high level of sealing over long periods, even in environments with water pressure or high humidity.
■ Seamless, robust aluminum frame
The waterproof cube case features a seamless, integrated frame structure that achieves excellent IP68 waterproof performance.
The frame, manufactured through high-precision die-casting, provides superior sealing to minimize the ingress of water and dust to the greatest extent possible.
■ Bottom panel with mounting holes for easy installation and secure fixing
The bottom panel of the waterproof cube case is equipped with standard mounting threads (1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16), commonly used in photography equipment.
This allows for easy attachment to tripods and various mounting systems.
Validation Testing (Pressure & Corrosion Resistance)
■ Proven waterproof performance for use even in underwater environments
A water pressure test equivalent to a depth of 30 meters (3 atmospheres) was conducted, confirming that there was no water ingress into the enclosure.
Configuration: aluminum bottom panel and five acrylic panels.

At 5 atmospheres, cracks appeared in the acrylic panel; however, no water ingress into the interior was observed.
Waterproof performance is ensured only when the product is properly sealed.
When using connectors or similar components, waterproof performance depends on the specifications of those connectors.
■ Proven High Corrosion Resistance
Salt spray testing was conducted to evaluate accelerated corrosion under atmospheric exposure conditions.
No blistering, corrosion, or peeling of the coated surface was observed after 48-hour and 100-hour tests.

The waterproof cube enclosure is available in three frame sizes to suit a wide range of equipment and installation needs:
150 × 150 × 150 mm: Ideal for large devices and multi-sensor configurations.
125 × 125 × 125 mm: Well-suited for general-purpose cameras and measurement devices.
100 × 100 × 100 mm: Ideal for industrial camerasobservation applications. (Custom order only)

Fully fluorinated grease
Applying this grease to O-rings of waterproof dome covers and waterproof camera cases enhances the performance of O-rings and extends their service life.
