pipe for Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 does not come with a heat panel (85x85x3mm aluminum panel). For a more efficient cooling effect, please connect the heat pipe to a case that can dissipate heat equally or better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The heat-dissipating (heat-conducting) sheet includes 3M\u2122 Hyper Soft Heat-Dissipating Sheet 6550H.<br>Made of ultra-low hardness non-silicone acrylic, it reduces the risk of board warpage and solder cracks during compression and does not generate siloxane gas that can cause contact failure.
