CAD Data and Drawing Data Usage Regulations

Data Provision and Purpose of Use

CAD data (3D CAD data, 3D CAD intermediate data, and 2D CAD data) posted on this website by Entaniya (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) are provided for the purpose of checking interference, shape, etc. of the products (hereinafter referred to as “products”) of the Company or the manufacturers handled by the Company in layout design using CAD. The purpose of this data is to check the interference and shape of our products or the products of the manufacturers we handle (hereinafter referred to as “products”). Drawing data (PDF) is provided for the purpose of easily checking product specifications.

About the data to be provided

CAD data and simplified drawing data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) may differ from actual product shapes in terms of tolerances, surface roughness, chamfering, etc. Also, for some products, the shape and other information may have been omitted from the data. Please be aware of this before use.

Disclaimer

Although we have taken all due care in preparing the data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data. We reserve the right to change, add, or delete data without notice. The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use, modification, or deletion of data for any reason whatsoever.

Copyrights

The copyright of all information contained in the data belongs to us or our manufacturers. Such copyrights are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Data may not be used (including reproduction, modification, uploading, posting, transmission, distribution, licensing, sale, publication, etc.) for any purpose other than those described above without the prior permission of the Company.
In the event that the Company is found to be using data in violation of the above-mentioned purposes of use or laws and regulations, the Company may prohibit the user from using the data or the Company’s website, or take legal action against the user.

Third-party rules

When using data or data creation/viewing software for which a third party (including the manufacturer handling the data) holds the rights, the data or software may not be available unless you agree to the regulations separately stipulated by the third party. In such cases, we assume no responsibility for any defects or infringements of the rights of the third party’s data or software. Please understand this in advance.

Revision of regulations

The Company reserves the right to revise, alter, or amend the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Revisions, etc.”).
Revisions, etc. to the Rules shall be applied from the effective date specified at the time of public announcement.

Treatment in the event of partial invalidation of clauses or exclusion from the agreement

If any provision of this provision is invalid or excluded from the agreement under any applicable law, such as a statute, order, or regulation, such provision shall be deemed amended or deleted only to the extent necessary to comply with the applicable law. The other provisions of this provision shall remain in full force and effect.
